Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Adriana Narai Counselling handles personal information collected through the adriananaraicounselling.com.au website. It covers the website only — information shared within a counselling relationship is handled under separate confidentiality and record-keeping obligations, which are discussed with clients directly.
What information is collected
The website itself has no accounts, no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies. The only personal information collected is what you choose to send: when you use the contact form or email directly, that message — including your name, email address and anything you write — is delivered by email. Please share only what you are comfortable sending by email; anything sensitive can wait for a confidential conversation.
How it is used and stored
Messages are used to respond to your enquiry and are stored in the practice's email account (Google's Gmail service). They are not shared with anyone else, are not used for marketing, and are deleted when no longer needed. You can ask at any time for a copy of the information held about you, for it to be corrected, or for it to be deleted.
Hosting and third parties
The site is served by Cloudflare, whose infrastructure keeps standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and performance. The site loads one typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests that file from Google's servers. Links to other services (Instagram, Spotify, stabilise.co) lead to sites with their own privacy policies.
Questions or complaints
For any privacy question, or to exercise the rights above, email adriananaraicounselling@gmail.com. If you feel a concern has not been addressed, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
